Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The company is dependent on the continued financial support of its related companies and its directors. Assurances have been received that the repayment of outstanding balances to related parties will not be required until the company is able to make such payments and that additional support will be made available to ensure that the company can meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “With successful launches of new commissions, operating plans have now been planned out with sold commissions out to the end of 2029. Business and facility growth set out from 2023 is now stable to support future restorations.”
- “In 2024 a new programme commenced in the UK (DLS-T) and other programmes are being developed to secure the long-term future of the company.”
- “Facilities have grown to support and maximise further business opportunities including transport, paint & additional restorations.”
