“Nuvu Development Limited meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its reliance on the group for funding and as such has confirmation of parental support from Your Housing Group Limited. The going concern of all the group entities has been reviewed and considered by the Group Board. Based on the long-term forecasts for each entity within the Group's business plan, and the associated headroom in covenant and liquidity requirements, all Group entities are considered to be a going concern over the period of the review, and it is proposed the accounts are prepared on the going concern basis.”
