“The directors have considered forecasts for the Company, taking account of the current market conditions which demonstrate that the Company should be able to continue to operate within the financial resources available to it for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The forecasts used for this exercise are based on contracted service fees, administrative expenses and expected distributions from the project's annual business plan. The Company held £424,000 in cash as at 31 December 2025 to fund its ongoing operating costs. Forecasts indicate that the Company will be able to continue to operate over the 12-month period from the date of approval of these financial statements with its current levels of cash, being a balance of approximately £191,162 as at the end of 31 July 2026.”
