“At 31 March 2025, the group owed £5,458,070 to shareholders. The shareholders have provided a letter of support confirming their ongoing support and that repayment of the amounts owed by the group will not be sought so as to adversely impact the operations of the group. Therefore, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
