“In assessing the going concern basis of the company the directors have considered a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. At the year end the company was in a net liability and net current liability position. Included within liabilities were intercompany creditors of £406,251 which to the extent that the company cannot pay, will not be called in for at least a period of 12 months from the signing date of the financial statements as confirmed by ultimate holding company Stork Holdco LP. Having made the requisite enquiries and assessed the resources at the disposal of the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue its operation for the foreseeable future, being a period of a least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
