“Whilst the Group has net liabilities at the year end of £18,296,475 (2023: £16,227,171) and net current liabilities of £2,209,641 (2023: £1,609,498) the Group's underlying trade is strong and has generated significant EBITDA during the current year and also generated significant levels of cash from the operating activities of the Group as detailed in the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows. This is expected to continue into 2025 and beyond. For these reasons the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
