“After reviewing the latest performance of the underlying receivables, and performing inquiries set out above, the Directors are satisfied that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future being at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements to 31st July 2027 and that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
