“In their assessment of going concern, the directors have prepared forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors are satisfied that there is sufficient available cash for at least the next twelve months to meet the operating needs of the company. Amounts of £16,342,491 are due to its shareholders, however these will not be called in within the next twelve months. The company's bank loan of £9,369,290 is due for repayment on 21 November 2025, which is within the going concern assessment period. The directors are confident that they will be able to refinance the loan, either with the existing or an alternative lender. Written confirmation has also been received by the directors from Galliard Group Limited confirming their intention to support the company to ensure it can meet its liabilities as they fall due (including any loan repayments if required) for a period of not less than one year from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
