• “On 15th February 2022, the Company completed a Shareholders' Agreement with TotalEnergies Holdings EACOP SAS, CEPME Limited, National Pipeline Company (U) Limited and Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC). On that day, the four Shareholders subscribed to a Share capital increase of $530,778,297. This date also marked the official beginning of the investment phase for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project.”
• “On 26th March 2025, the Company announced that it had successfully closed the first tranche of the external financing provided by a syndicate of financial institutions including regional and international banks.
