“Following completion of the company's only development site, the company is forecasting minimal expenditure moving forward and has sufficient assets to meet current and any future liabilities as they fall due. The directors have therefore concluded there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in the operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements, and for this reason have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
