“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Having prepared a forecast exceeding twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements to December 2028, the Directors believe the Company has adequate cash resources at its disposal in order to meet its obligations as and when they become due. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
