• “On 27 March 2025 the company declared a dividend of £1,195,304 to its immediate controlling party, Amber Energy Storage Three Crown Limited. And also issued 634,656 ordinary shares at nominal value of £1.00 on the 28 March 2025 to its immediate controlling party. On the 17 June 2025 the company also reached their final completion stage of the battery construction. This Final completion requires settlement of £2,640,664.42 which represents final 10% of the cost of the battery. Of this amount, 49% is expected to be paid in July 2025 and balance 51% would be added to DCA liability.”
