“The Company is in a net current liabilities position of £24,588,761 as at 31 December 2023 (2022: £16,393,789). The Company has received continuing financial support from Commerce.com, Inc., and the directors consider the Company is in a position of meeting its liabilities as they fall due. Having considered these risks, the Company's net liabilities position and the current uncertain economic environment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements do not include any adjustments to the carrying amounts and classification of assets and liabilities that may arise if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.”
