“During the year ended 31 May 2024, the company made a loss of £9,151,205 (2023 - as restated £4,782,480) and had net assets of £23,997,413 (2023 as restated £33,123,716) at 31 May 2024. At 31 May 2024, the company had cash in hand of £24,378,817 (2023 - £33,572,820). Taking this into consideration together with the company's expected future cashflows through to 31 December 2026, the directors consider the adoption of the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements to be appropriate.”
