In forming our opinion, which is not modified, we draw attention to disclosures made in the Directors' report and Note 2.3 in the financial statements concerning the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company is an intermediate holding company and therefore is reliant on the Atlanta Topco Limited Group (Group or Damovo Group) to be a going concern to be able to support it. Therefore the going concern review focuses on the forecasts for the Group and their ability to continue as a going concern. The events and conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2.3, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
