The Company is an intermediate holding company and therefore is reliant on the Atlanta Topco Limited Group (Group or Damovo Group) to be a going concern to be able to support it. Therefore the going concern review focuses on the forecasts for the Group and their ability to continue as a going concern. The events and conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2.3, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
