“Having reviewed the company's financial forecasts and expected future cash flows, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Two of the group entities, Aqua Brit Limited and Hutong Limited, have confirmed their intention to provide financial support, should it be required over the twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors therefore consider that the company has access to sufficient funding to meet its financial obligations as they fall due. As a result the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
