Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“These accounts have been prepared under the going concern principle. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors believe that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least one year from the date of approval. In making their assessment of going concern, the directors have also considered forecasts for the group and economic factors generally. The directors remain confident in the group's ability to secure appropriate funding as required, with the potential to supplement funding through asset disposals where appropriate, and in the continued support of shareholders and trading partners, including companies under common control that have provided written confirmation of ongoing financial support for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “The retirement living developments recorded a loss of £3,527,949 during the year. These projects represented a strategic diversification from the Group's core activities and operated under a direct sales model to residents. Following a review, this model will not form part of the Group's forward strategy.”
- “The Group is actively progressing asset optimisation and refinancing initiatives in respect of these schemes, including a transition to a rental-based model for the remaining unsold retirement living properties, reflecting current conditions in the housing market.”
- “Since the year end, the Group has experienced an increase in working capital requirements, primarily reflecting the timing of cash flows across its development activities.”
