The directors have prepared forecasts and reviewed capital requirements for the twelve months from the date of approving these financial statements, The Group has sufficient funding available through revolving financing facilities through the Group's lenders, which will enable to the Group to call on sufficient financing to meet it's future capital requirements along with parent company support. The directors have therefore deemed it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis.”
