“The accounts have been prepared on the assumption that the company is able to continue as a going concern. The directors have made an assessment and have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing this report. The parent company, Bad Dragon Enterprises Inc. has indicated its intention to provide financial support to the Company to meet its liabilities as an when they become due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
