Margins divide P&L lines by turnover. Gearing is liabilities over total assets. Current ratio is current assets over creditors falling due within one year. Interest cover is operating profit over absolute finance costs. Margin ratios are hidden where reported turnover is too small relative to profit to yield a meaningful figure — typical of holding companies whose income is mostly subsidiary dividends rather than trading revenue. - Going concern
- Affirmed
“The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has the continued support of its shareholders, NatWest Pension Trustees Limited and relies on this continuing in the future. Based on the above assessment, no material uncertainties exist that cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.”
Significant events
- “On 9th October 2025, NatWest Group Pension Fund ("NWGPF") acquired the issued share capital held by Legal & General Group PLC in it's entirety, increasing their ownership from 50% to 100%.”
- “The loss for the year is primarily attributable to the inventory impairment of £6,516,758, following a reduction in internal sales prices during the year which resulted in net realisable value falling below cost.”
- “There is no undrawn loan facility as at 31 December 2025 (2024: £4,634,608).”
- “Subsequent to the balance sheet date, there has not been any other item, transaction or event of a material and unusual nature likely, in the opinions of the Directors, to affect significantly the operations of the Company, the result of those operations, or the state of affairs, in future financial years.”
