“As the Company is in a net current liability position amounting to $3,601,000 (2024:$1,106,000) at the end of the financial year, Open Text Corporation has confirmed that it will continue to make available such funds as needed by the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently the directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
