“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation in the foreseeable future. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has made a profit of £38,328 for the year ended 31 December 2025, is in a net asset position of £3.7m as at 31 December 2025 and is expecting to trade profitably over the 12 month period following the signing of these accounts based on forecasts. The Company's indirect parent undertaking Banijay SAS has provided a letter of support confirming it has the ability to and will provide continuing financial support to enable the Company to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date the directors approve the financial statements of the Company.”
