• “After the balance sheet date, the wider Nomad Group approved and completed a corporate restructuring in which Nomad Safaris Ltd disposed of its proprietary booking software (the Hornbill system) into a newly incorporated subsidiary which was then subsequently de-merged from the group. The disposal of Hornbill by Nomad Safaris Ltd was completed at its market value of $708,424. These transactions occurred after the year-end and therefore represent a non-adjusting event that does not affect the amounts recognised in these financial statements.”
