  We draw attention to note 3 in the financial statements, which details the companies going concern position and notes the consolidated net liability position of £962,069 and losses of £974,765. We also note that the company no longer has signed agreement for investment and therefore would rely on its parents support if budgets are not met. The budgets do show increased revenue and cash positive projections, but we have not been presented with evidence to clearly demonstrate how this would be achieved. As a result, we believe there is material uncertainty in respect of going concern. Our opinion is not changed in respect of this matter.
