“Based on their assessment, which considered the period up to 31 August 2026, the Directors have concluded that the preparation of the financial statements on a going concern basis is appropriate. In making this assessment, the factors considered, among others, include the current financial position of the Company and their expectations in relation to future business prospects, future profitability, and cash flows of the Company. In 2025, the Company continues generating profits through recharging services rendered to affiliate companies as determined under the Energean intragroup service agreements. The Company does not have any capital commitments or third-party borrowings. Accordingly, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the going concern assessment period to the date of signing the financial statements. Therefore, they consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
