“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future, thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis when preparing the financial statements. In making this assessment the directors have considered a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing the accounts and have considered any reasonably possible changes to the forecast including the changes in the macro-economic environment, current inflations, and general market trends. The company is reliant on the EPOS Group A/S for access to banking facilities and financial resources including the supply of inventory and have accordingly obtained a letter of support from the EPOS Group A/S confirming that financial support will be provided as required until at least 31 December 2026. An assessment of the EPOS Group A/S's ability to support its subsidiaries has been undertaken and the directors are satisfied that it has the financial ability to do so. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
