“The directors have requested and received confirmation from the ultimate parent undertaking, MediaTek Inc, that the parent will provide such operational support as required to ensure the company can continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As the directors' monitor group performance and trading, they are satisfied that MediaTek Inc is able to provide the support as undertaken. On the basis of this support and future budgets and forecasts prepared by the directors, the directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts under the going concern assumption.”
