“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the entity's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. At 31 December 2023 the Company had net liabilities of £1.3m. The Directors have received confirmation of continued support from the parent company in order for the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due and trade for at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. As a result, the Directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
