“The Director is satisfied that Pro Global Holdings Ltd has sufficient resources to support the Company for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Pro Global Holdings Limited has provided a letter of support to Propel Consult Limited. Capital positions are monitored and reviewed by the Directors on a regular basis. Accordingly, the Director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
