“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. This is after consideration of the impact of inflation on the business performance as well as the impact of the conflict in Ukraine and cost increases. The Directors have disclosed in note 2(d) the reasoning as to the appropriateness of the preparation on a going concern basis. The Company's parent intends to provide any financial support as is necessary to ensure that the Company continues to be able to meet its obligations as they fall due.”
