“The Company's forecast and projections, taking account of reasonable possible changes in trading performance, show that the company will be able to operate within the level of its current facilities. Additionally, the Company has ongoing financial support from companies with common directors, should it be required. Accordingly, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accourting in preparing the financial statements.”
