“Based on management's forecasts and sensitivity analysis the trading arrangements that remain in place are more than adequate to support the business as a going concern. The business is now supported by a much wider group since the acquisition by RPM International, and therefore any financing arrangements are covered at a group level, and they would be able to support any short-term funding needs that the business may encounter, this is covered by a letter of support.”
