“The company has received undertakings from its parent undertaking that they will not seek repayment of their loan until such time as the company is a in a position to be able to repay it. Furthermore, the parent has provided an undertaking to provide financial support for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As a result the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
