“The directors consider the use of the going concern basis of accounting is appropriate because there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast a significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. The Company and its subsidiary have appropriate financing arrangements in place at the Statement of Financial Position date to fund remaining construction costs for the subsidiary's waste to energy facility with a reasonable allowance for contingency. Financial projections for the 25-year operational life of the facility indicates that the Company and its subsidiary will generate sufficient cash flows from facility operations to service the debt and meet other liabilities as they fall due.”
