“The Directors have assessed the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern for next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This assessment includes the impact of ongoing international conflicts. The Company has ongoing arrangements with the parent company Kartesia Management SARL for the provision of investment advisory services and the Directors expect these to continue. Given the 5.4bn of assets under management held as at 31 December 2025 by Kartesia Management SARL, the Directors consider that Kartesia Management SARL will be able to maintain the cost plus arrangement with the Company, and the Company will have sufficient liquid resources to cover its costs and pay its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on these factors, the Directors believe that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of preparation for these financial statements.”
