Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
Ratios

| Operating margin | — | 0.0% | 0.0% | |
| Net margin | — | -26.8% | -23.9% | |
| Return on capital employed | — | 0.0% | 0.0% | |
| Gearing (liabilities / total assets) | — | 157.8% | 132.7% | |
| Current ratio | — | 0.63x | 0.75x |
Margins divide P&L lines by turnover. Gearing is liabilities over total assets. Current ratio is current assets over creditors falling due within one year. Interest cover is operating profit over absolute finance costs. Margin ratios are hidden where reported turnover is too small relative to profit to yield a meaningful figure — typical of holding companies whose income is mostly subsidiary dividends rather than trading revenue. - Affirmed
“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company's cash resources and its ability to raise further funds will enable it to meet planned expenditure for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Although the Directors have been successful in raising finance in the past, no assurance can be given that funding will be available when it is required in future, or that it will be available on acceptable terms. Having carefully considered the foregoing, the Directors nonetheless maintain their reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to meet its planned expenditure for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The Board continues to monitor the impact of global conflict, including the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, on the ability of the Company to pursue its strategy and will make appropriate changes should they be required. There is not considered to be any material impacts on the financial position or results of the Company as a result of global conflicts at the reporting date.”
