“At 31 December 2024, the Company had net liabilities, an excess of liabilities over total assets of £1,453,019 (2023: £1,295,439). XOCEAN Ltd has provided a letter of comfort to the Company. On this basis, the directors are satisfied that the Company should have adequate resources to meet its obligations as they fall due and, for this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

As a result, an impairment loss of £260,258, net of VAT, was recognised in the Profit or Loss for the year ended 31 December 2024, in accordance with IAS 10 and IFRS 9.
