“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 31 December 2025 the Company had net current liabilities of £107,416 (2024: £743,073). The Company forms part of the Echosens group and continues to receive financial support from fellow group undertakings as required. The directors have reviewed cash flow forecasts and trading projections for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Having considered the Company's forecast trading performance, available funding arrangements and the ongoing support of the wider group, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
