“The Directors performed a detailed going concern review using Board-approved forecasts. Management has modelled a base case and downside scenarios... In all scenarios, management concludes that the Group has adequate resources to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due... The Board is satisfied that the Group has sufficient liquidity to sufficiently cover the forecast period for at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these Financial Statements and is therefore appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting.”
