“As at the date of signing these financial statements, the Company has not yet commenced commercial trading operations and continues to incur expenses whilst it continues to develop its internal compliance framework, core technology platforms and strategic relationships. The Company, and its parent company, Kashet Group AG ("KGAG"), remain reliant on financial support from Mr Brent De Jong, who is a director of the Company and the ultimate controlling party. Mr De Jong has confirmed his willingness, and ability, to provide such financial support to KGAG and the Company, as required, for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As a result, the directors are satisfied that these financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis and that sufficient funds will be available to the company for the 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
