• “In February 2025, the Company entered a period of exclusive negotiation with third parties who, following a closed auction process, the Company had an offer accepted to sell 49% of its shares to Cricket Investor Holdings Limited. As part of the transaction, the Company decided to gift the remaining 51% shareholding to the current competition host venue, Marylebone Cricket Club. The sale transaction has been completed on 28 July 2025 with Marylebone Cricket Club now being the majority shareholders holding 51% shares and Cricket Investor Holdings Limited holding the remaining 49%. Operational control will remain with the ECB to deliver the 2025 competition, transferring to Marylebone Cricket Club post competition.”
