Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

• “In February 2025 the Company entered a period of exclusive negotiation with third parties who, following a closed auction process, the company had an offer accepted to acquire a 49% holding. As part of the transaction, the remaining 51% in the Company will be gifted to the current competition host first class county, Lancashire County Cricket Club (LCCC). LCCC intend to sell a 21% holding, along with the 49% holding being sold, leaving 30% owned by the host. The Company remain in advanced discussions with the investor and are still in the process of finalising the transaction.”
