Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

• “In February 2025 the Company entered a period of exclusive negotiation with third parties who, following a closed auction process, the company had an offer accepted to acquire a 49% holding. As part of the transaction, the remaining 51% in the Company will be gifted to the current competition host first class county, Yorkshire County Cricket Club (YCCC). YCCC intend to sell their entire 51% holding, along with the 49% holding being sold. At the balance sheet date and the date of these financial statements being approved, the Company remain in advanced discussions with the investor and are still in the process of finalising the transaction.”
