“After making appropriate enquiries, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charitable Company has or will be able to obtain adequate resources to complete its current construction works and continue as operation entity for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

After the appropriate notice period their contract was terminated in October 2024. Subsequent to the year-end a new main contractor has been appointed and work progressed at a substantially increased pace.”
