“The company had a deficiency of net assets at 31 March 2025 of £1,184,429. At this date an amount of £1,097,354 was due to a company under common control which has confirmed it won't call for repayment until such time as the company is trading profitably and has sufficient working capital. On the basis of the above, and after making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
