“As at 31 December 2025, the Company is in a net current liabilities position. To support the preparation of the Financial Statements on a going concern basis, GKN Enterprise Limited, a fellow group undertaking, has provided written confirmation that the amount which it is owed by the Company will not be recalled within at least 12 months of the date of signing of these Financial Statements. Following consideration of the ability of GKN Enterprise Limited to provide this confirmation, the Directors are satisfied that it remains appropriate to prepare the Financial Statements on a going concern basis.”
