“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of MoonPay Inc Delaware, which has confirmed its intention and ability to provide continued financial support to the company should it be required for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have considered this support, together with the company's current financial position and forecasts, and are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
