“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the continuation of normal business activity and the realisation of assets and the settlement of liabilities in the normal course of business. During the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group generated a net loss of $69,492,926 (unaudited 2022: $64,423,639). At 31 December 2023, the Group had a negative equity position of $193,390,479 (unaudited 2022: $123,897,608). The Directors have received confirmation that the ultimate parent company will continue to support the Group and provide it with adequate funds when necessary to enable it to meet its debts as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signature of the financial statements.”
