“The financial statements of the company have been prepared on a going concern basis, notwithstanding the net liabilities of £6,384,040 (2023: £3,471,365). Included in current liabilities is an amount payable of £3,082,468 (2023: £6,598,482) due to fellow group companies which are payable on demand. However, it has been confirmed with the ultimate parent entity, ICM Mobility Group Limited, that the entity will provide financial assistance as required to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. Therefore the directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
