“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis on the basis that the ultimate parent undertaking, Epping Forest District Council will provide sufficient support to enable the company to continue to trade and meet its debts as and when they fall due for at least the period up to 12 months from the date of the audit report.”
